We can make our clients’ resumes available online to 8000+ Recruiters, Corporations and Venture Capitalists that are actively seeking senior management candidates. The distribution is by invitation only from the registered firm, or can be conducted through a Keyword search. There is no blind distribution.



We convert resumes and cover letters to an electronic format, select the appropriate audience and distribute the information using the Internet. A copy of the client’s resume is also available in a private website.

This approach is targeted specifically to Recruiters who like to receive documents from candidates electronically. In turn, they can 1) place the candidate in their database and 2) easily distribute to a prospective company. Since Recruiters typically do not get paid until they place a candidate, they use the Internet and email as the most expeditious means to communicate.


Clients can achieve “instant” distribution by contracting The Advantage to fax their resume and cover letter to all contacts that meet their industry, geography and salary parameters. The entire mailing is out within a matter of hours instead of days.

Like mailing addresses, virtually all target audiences will have a fax number. However, faxing is only beneficial if the organization receiving the information is small and a candidate addresses the documents to a key decision maker (e.g., Human Resources, President/CEO, Division Head).


We will conduct the research and produce individualized letters and envelopes that are sent to the client for signature and mailing. This method is fast and efficient, allowing clients to focus their energy on networking and other more productive job search efforts.

Print mail is the most recommended method for targeting companies and the investment community. Our service would be equivalent to a “mass mail house,” however we allow our clients to hand select their audience and industry avoiding the need to send out thousands of letters.
